Norzel Ross Jr., a 55-year-old Black / African American male, was fatally shot on Sunday, January 14, 2024, in a Las Vegas apartment complex, marking a violent end to a domestic turmoil that had simmered for years. The tragedy unfolded at the Play Vista apartment complex, located at 3700 block of East Bonanza Road, near Pecos, around 11 a.m., when a heated verbal argument between Ross and his longtime girlfriend took a deadly turn.
