In the afternoon hours of Friday, November 25, 2016, a young Hispanic man named Nelson Javier Navarijo-Padilla, aged 22, was shot and killed in Las Vegas, Nevada. The fatal incident occurred around 1 p.m. inside an apartment located at 2108 Sunrise Avenue, near the intersection of Fremont Street and Eastern Avenue.
