In the early hours of January 2, 2024, the life of 18-year-old William Rafael Silva was tragically cut short in Nashville, Tennessee. Two individuals in a black SUV left him at Southern Hills Medical Center around 1 a.m. with multiple gunshot wounds. Medical personnel were unable to save him, and he succumbed to his injuries a short time later.
