Steven Bernard Shelton Jr., an 18-year-old male, tragically passed away on November 1, 2019, in Nashville, Tennessee. Known affectionately as "Lul 4," Steven was a beloved member of his family and community. His death was the result of a shooting incident that occurred in Cumberland View Public Housing.
