On August 25, 2024, a tragic shooting occurred at Hartman Park in Nashville, Tennessee, resulting in the death of 26-year-old Jamontez Laron Johnson. The incident took place around 1 a.m. during a social gathering in the park. Officers from the Metro Nashville Police Department responded to the scene and found 21-year-old Dominique Miller in the parking lot with multiple gunshot wounds; he was transported to TriStar Skyline Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
