On the evening of April 26, 2024, the body of 30-year-old Javier Palafox-Garcia, a Hispanic male, was discovered in the 700 block of Patricia Drive in Nashville, Tennessee. The investigation into his death revealed a grim sequence of events that had unfolded earlier that night. Palafox-Garcia had been shot multiple times and then run over by a vehicle, a brutal end to a confrontation rooted in a years-old grievance.
