Lee Vern Turner Jr., a 22-year-old male from Nashville, Tennessee, tragically lost his life on December 16, 2020. Turner was fatally shot outside the Tornado Bus Station on Nolensville Pike in South Nashville. The incident occurred in retaliation for comments Turner reportedly made against a gang. Turner was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in critical condition but succumbed to his injuries.
