Cynthia Annette Gilliam-Ford, aged 28, was tragically found deceased on January 11, 1991, in Henrico County, Virginia. Her remains were discovered by residents living off Evergreen Road, who alerted the Henrico County Police after their pets brought home what appeared to be a human skull. Upon further investigation, additional human remains were located in the area and transported to the Medical Examiner's Office for analysis.
