In the early morning hours of December 29, 2013, a grim discovery was made in a wooded area along the Richmond-Henrico Turnpike. Sheena Green, a 26-year-old female, was found lying on the ground, having been shot and then run over by a vehicle. She was rushed to VCU Medical Center but ultimately succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced dead.
