Kent Wimberly Jr., a 28-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on October 8, 2017, in Americus, Georgia. The incident occurred outside the Astro Club, a local nightclub located at 153 Sunset Drive. Authorities responded to the scene around 4:15 a.m. and found Wimberly deceased.
