Emmett Marcus Stokes, aged 49, tragically lost his life on February 4, 2022, in San Bernardino, California. On that fateful day, at approximately 10:24 a.m., the San Bernardino Police Call Center received a distressing 911 call reporting a shooting at 1774 North Fairfax Drive.
