Rocky "Cowboy" Holmes, aged 49, tragically lost his life on January 27, 2016, in San Bernardino, California. Holmes was fatally shot while sitting in a car on the night of January 27. The incident occurred in the 3500 block of East 21st Street, a neighborhood known for its high crime rates. Holmes was later pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.
