In the autumn of 2016, a violent encounter in Nashville led to the untimely death of Omar Dante Lindsey. On the fourth of November, police responded to what initially appeared to be a car crash in the South Nashville area. Upon their arrival at the scene, they discovered the driver, a 30-year-old male, was suffering from a fatal gunshot wound. The investigation into the shooting quickly pointed to a potential drug-related motive.
