In the winter of 2014, the life of 37-year-old Dana Rodriegus Mayo, an African American man from Nashville, Tennessee, was tragically cut short. On December 15th, Mayo left his home around 4:00 p.m., telling his mother he would be right back. He never returned. After he failed to come home and was not answering his phone, his mother reported him missing the following day, on December 16th.
