In the late hours of an October evening in Nashville, Tennessee, a gathering at a short-term rental on North 9th Street in the city's eastern corridor took a tragic and violent turn. Robert Dewayne Howard, a 21-year-old male, was fatally shot on October 28, 2021, during what investigators believe was a robbery.
