Rodney Bates Jr., a 19-year-old male, tragically lost his life on September 11, 2019, in Nashville, Tennessee. Bates was found outside building 47 in the Cayce Homes neighborhood with multiple gunshot wounds. He was quickly transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, but despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his injuries.
