Justin Tyler Roake, a 21-year-old male of Madison, Tennessee, tragically died on March 15, 2014, from a gunshot wound to the head while traveling northbound on Ellington Parkway in his Nissan Altima. He was accompanied by a 19-year-old friend at the time, who was not injured.
