Francis Layne Labhart

Francis Layne Labhart, a 33-year-old White male from Honolulu, Hawaii, was serving in the U.S. Navy and stationed at Barbers Point Naval Air Station when violence found him on the leeward side of Oahu on March 23, 1975.
