On a Tuesday evening in the Flatbush neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York, the life of 35-year-old Kelton Marvin McKenna was tragically cut short. On November 28, 2023, at approximately 7:30 p.m., gunfire erupted near 2620 Cortelyou Road, in the vicinity of Rogers Avenue, shattering the evening calm. McKenna, a Black male, was with another man, aged 33, when both were struck by bullets, sustaining wounds to their torsos.
