Rasard Deas, a 22-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, tragically lost his life on May 25, 2022. The incident occurred in the Gravesend neighborhood, specifically outside the New First Cook restaurant on Stillwell Avenue. Deas was standing outside the restaurant, smoking a cigarette with friends, when a red Honda pulled up.
