Correction Officer Kenny Michael Duncan, aged 40, was tragically killed on April 22, 2008, in Brooklyn, New York. Duncan, a dedicated officer with the New York City Department of Correction for 17 years and a United States Marine Corps veteran, was off-duty at the time of the incident.
