On June 5, 1980, the life of 25-year-old Daniel Scutaro was violently cut short in Brooklyn, New York. Scutaro, a male employee at a local auto body shop, became entangled in the brutal world of organized crime through a dispute involving his colleague, Charles Mongitore. Mongitore had pressed charges against the son of a Gambino crime family soldier, an act that drew the lethal attention of the notorious DeMeo crew.
