Albert Kotlyar, a 32-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, was tragically killed on March 10, 2003. Kotlyar, a Ukrainian immigrant, was working as a manager at the Laundry King Superstore in Bedford-Stuyvesant when he was shot in the head by Larme Price, a serial killer who targeted shopkeepers in Brooklyn and Queens.
