Storm Hughes, a 22-year-old recent college graduate, tragically lost his life on July 13, 2017, in Brooklyn, New York. Hughes was shot by a teenage gunman who attempted to flee the scene on a Citi Bike. The incident occurred around 7 p.m. on E. 91st St. near Church Ave. in the Brownsville neighborhood.
