On October 6, 2011, Brian Motyka, also known as "Moe," a well-known Detroit rock and blues musician, became the victim of a drive-by shooting. The incident occurred late at night at the intersection of Holbrook and Brush in Detroit. Brian was reportedly an innocent bystander, not the intended target of the attack.
