Daniel Weir, a 29-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, was tragically shot and killed on April 15, 2015. The incident occurred in the lobby of an apartment building on East 53rd Street near Clarkson Avenue. According to reports, Weir was involved in an argument over drugs when he was shot in the stomach.
