Jamel Nicholson, a 25-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, tragically lost his life on October 31, 2022, in a double shooting incident at the Sheepshead Bay NYCHA development on Avenue V. The incident occurred around 5 p.m. when Nicholson and a 19-year-old woman were shot.
