Jahlil Grant, a 21-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, tragically lost his life on December 4, 2018. The incident occurred in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood, near the intersection of Marcus Garvey Boulevard and Pulaski Street.
