Raymond Ayala, a 37-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, was tragically killed on August 22, 2014. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning in the lobby of the Farragut Houses, a public housing complex located on Sands Street in Downtown Brooklyn. According to police reports, Ayala was shot in the head following a dispute with two men.
