Jose Sierra Cortez, a 23-year-old man, was last seen at his residence in Merced, California on November 15, 1999. Since that day, there has been no contact with him, and his case has remained unsolved with limited information available to the public.

At the time of his disappearance, Cortez was described as a Hispanic male with black hair and brown eyes, standing at 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing approximately 160 pounds. He was born on February 4, 1976.
