Steven Lombard Missing Person Case

Steven Lincoln Lombard, a 34-year-old tow truck driver from Merced, California, was last seen on December 17, 1993. That day, Lombard left his home with the intention of picking up his paycheck from RTS Towing, where he worked, and doing some Christmas shopping. However, due to a clerical error, he was unable to collect his check and never returned home. He had also planned to meet his wife later, but never made it.
