Paul Armstrong Missing Person Case

Paul Henry Armstrong, a 27-year-old tow truck driver, was last seen on December 17, 1993, in Merced, California. Armstrong's girlfriend saw him at home before she left for work at 7:45 a.m., and about an hour later, his brother stopped by but found the house empty. Armstrong had left behind his wallet and was scheduled to meet his girlfriend for lunch that day, but he never showed up. He was never heard from again.
