A tragic incident unfolded in Brooklyn, New York, on January 5, 2025, when 41-year-old Shamael Miller was found fatally shot in the lobby of an apartment complex in Coney Island. The discovery was made around 7:15 a.m. at 3325 Neptune Avenue, where a building worker initially mistook Miller for someone asleep in the lobby.
