Robert McCall, a 24-year-old resident of Brooklyn, NY, was tragically shot and killed on January 20, 2015. The incident occurred in the Ocean Hill neighborhood, where authorities found McCall lying in front of a building on Herkimer Street, suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper torso.
