Shaheem Bernard, a 20-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, tragically lost his life on November 24, 2017. The incident occurred at a CFSC Check Cashing Place located on Broadway near Fayette Street in Bushwick. According to reports, an argument erupted between Bernard and another individual, Efrain Rivera, inside the establishment.
