Unique Gilkes, a 25-year-old resident of Weeksville, Brooklyn, was tragically shot to death on June 5, 2016. The incident occurred just one block from his home on Saint Johns Place. According to the NYPD, officers responded to a call shortly before 5 p.m. and found Gilkes with multiple gunshot wounds to his torso.
