Anwah Armbrister, an 18-year-old male, found his life tragically cut short on the afternoon of October 1, 2023. The fatal incident unfolded inside a building located at 460 East 21st Street in the Flatbush section of Brooklyn. At approximately 5:10 p.m., both Anwah and a 15-year-old female companion were shot. Despite their injuries, they managed to make their way out of the building.
