On March 21, 2015, 18-year-old Donel Andrew was tragically shot and killed in Brooklyn, New York. The incident occurred in the Flatbush neighborhood, specifically near Flatbush and Snyder Avenues. According to reports, police responded to a call around 3:45 p.m. and found Andrew lying on the ground with a gunshot wound to his stomach. He was immediately transported to Kings County Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
