On July 21, 2024, at approximately 11:00 PM, a tragic incident unfolded outside a migrant shelter at 29 Ryerson Street in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Two men, 21-year-old Enny DeJesus Urbina Mendez and 59-year-old Francisco Fuentes Rangel, were shot by assailants on a moped.
