In the early hours of February 6, 2022, the life of 18-year-old Jayquan McKenley, an aspiring drill rapper known as Chii Wvttz, was cut short. The male teenager had been at a rented recording studio in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn.
