On the evening of May 27, 2023, a tragic incident unfolded in Brooklyn, New York, resulting in the death of 33-year-old Delvin Díaz. The shooting occurred around 9:30 p.m. at an apartment complex on Drew Street in the City Line neighborhood. Díaz sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was transported to Brookdale University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. A 31-year-old woman also suffered a graze wound to her shoulder during the incident and was reported to be in stable condition.
