Quentin Stroman, a 25-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, tragically lost his life on July 16, 2021. The incident occurred near the corner of Osborn Street and Pitkin Avenue in Brownsville, Brooklyn. On that fateful evening, police responded to a call at a Quality Inn, which was being used as a homeless shelter, following reports of an assault.
