Martin P. Boney, a 55-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident on July 19, 2023. The Norfolk Police Department responded to a call about a gunshot victim in the 6200 block of Alexander Street during the overnight hours. Upon arrival, officers discovered Boney suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to save him, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
