On April 1, 2023, at approximately 8:50 p.m., a tragic incident occurred in Baltimore, Maryland, resulting in the death of 69-year-old Darlene Briscoe. The shooting took place in the 3200 block of Woodring Avenue in the North Harford Road neighborhood of Northeast Baltimore.
