Jenna Manuel, a 24-year-old woman from Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost her life on July 16, 2016. She was shot while sitting in her car on the 600 block of Maude Avenue in Baltimore's Brooklyn neighborhood. Despite being critically injured, she managed to drive herself to Harbor Hospital, where she was later pronounced dead. At the time of the shooting, her 5-day-old baby was in the car with her.
