Louis Prager, also known as Rui, was abducted on June 15, 2010, from Astoria, New York. He was only four years old at the time of his disappearance. The abduction was carried out by his mother, Machiko Terauchi, who took him to Japan without the consent of Louis's father, Brian Prager.
