On a Sunday evening in Severn, Maryland, the quiet of a wooded area was broken by the discovery of a man who had been shot multiple times. The 40-year-old male victim was Anthony Lee Brown, a resident of nearby Glen Burnie. Anne Arundel County Police officers were dispatched to the 8000 block of Marlton Court at approximately 8:50 p.m. on September 15, 2024, after receiving a report of a shooting.
