On a cool evening in Severn, Maryland, the sound of multiple gunshots shattered the quiet of the neighborhood near Severn Tree Boulevard and Sea Pine Circle. It was approximately 7:10 p.m. on February 3, 2025, when Anne Arundel County police officers rushed to the 1700 block of Sea Pine Circle. There, in front of a home, they found a young man lying on the ground, suffering from what appeared to be gunshot wounds.
