In the winter of 2023, the life of 26-year-old Markus Nocho of Odenton, Maryland, was tragically cut short in a senseless act of violence. On the evening of January 25th, in the parking lot of a Taco Bell at the Ridgeview Plaza Shopping Center in Hanover, Nocho was fatally shot. The Black or African American male suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was rushed to the R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, where he was pronounced deceased.
