Patrick Maurice Dixon, aged 31, was tragically killed on April 1, 2016, in Severn, Maryland. Dixon had just been released from prison and was planning to attend a homecoming party organized by his sister. However, before he could make it home, he was fatally shot in a parking lot on Meade Village Road.
